Bosque Lagunas is a 30-acre development with 9 lots--of which three building sites have dramatic, breezy, ocean views. All of the lots in this development have access to a year round creek in an incredibly beautiful forest. The developer is continuing to provide landscaping. The popular beach towns of Dominical and Hatillo are only three miles south from Lagunas and the fastest growing city in Central America, San Isidro, is only 45 minutes away on paved roads.
There are several national parks in the immediate area (Manuel Antonio National Park, Ballena Marine National Park, Corcovado National Park, and Cano Island Reserve). This area of the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica is extremely unique and attractive, because the mountainous rainforest meets the Pacific Ocean at Bosque Lagunas. Facing west, at certain times of the year you will be able to catch sunset views. Most lots are approximately two acres (1 hectare), and all lots have forest and jungle access with most having valley and/or ocean views. There is year-round access on very well maintained public and private roads. All of the lots in this development have easy access to the towns of Dominical and Hatillo and all the beaches nearby.
Within Lagunas, all of the area contains tremendous unspoiled rainforest, rivers, small waterfalls, streams, and an abundance of wildlife. The water on these properties is fantastic, as the rain from the Pacific Ocean travels several thousand miles before it hits land at Lagunas.
The developer, John Preston, is committed to perpetual environmental protection. Along the creek, there are 50 meters of environmental easements and pathways for owners to enjoy the forest and creek. Moreover, every lot is surrounded by extraordinary rainforest.
